Maybe this is more of a cabinet question rather than a microwave question? If the cabinets are fairly new, there are fillers that can be purchased and added to the cabinets to reduce the opening size and match the cabinet finish. Otherwise you will need to probably need someone to create a filler piece(s) to match your cabinets. Regards. PS A good paint store can usually match the cabinet paint or stain color needed.
