Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did not, however removing the old back bracket and installing the new back bracket in the same place was relatively easy. Holes in bottom of upper cabinet will need redrilled.

Please try again later.I cannot verify your exact older model, but I can tell you, I replaced the same size unit that was made by Amana and I did not even have to change the bracket or make new holes in the cabinet above to unit, Amana came right out and the LG went right in using the existing Amana bracket and the holes in the top were in the required spot. Was very pleased, I did not have to do any extra mounting. I assume the sizes are made with universal mounting. Best of luck.
