“My microwave came with a chip of paint missing on the extendavent that wasn’t noticed until it was installed. Can just the extendavent piece be replaced? I called LG and they told me that part would have to come from Best Buy.”

Our customer service probably referred you back to Best Buy because that chip in the extendavent is considered cosmetic damage which is not covered under the product's warranty. Please contact the Best Buy's Customer Service for assistance with how this can be resolved...^IFV
