The LG 2.3 cu. ft. High Efficiency All-in-One Front Load Washer and Electric Ventless Dryer in Stainless Steel, Model # WM3488HS has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-Hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line). It can use a 3-wire or 4-wire 30-amp, 240-volt, UL-listed power cord with #10 AWG-minimum copper conductor and closed loop or forked terminals with upturned ends. A 3-wire connection is NOT permitted on new construction after January 1, 1996 and you would have to use a 4-wire connection. To determine which one you need, either check your building codes or check with your local building inspector. The Nema Configuration for the 4-wire outlet is 14-30R and for the 3-wire connection it is 10-30R. Both have an "L" shaped prong but unfortunately, you have not specified if it's 3 or 4. ^CP
