“The washer, which will be on the bottom, has a depth of 22 1/4". The dryer will be on top with a depth of 25 1/2". The dryer has larger depth of 3 1/4". If I stack the set, will the dryer hang over the washer 3 1/4"?”

I didn't expect this to happen based on store presentation, but the dryer does indeed hang over the front of the washer a bit (not the entire 3" as some is most likely hang over the back as well). We have no issues with it since it's tucked away anyways and overall are very happy with the new set.
