“My device what the problem I don't know it's working but after two minutes it automatically turn off. I am trying again to start the device but it's dose not working. Please tell me what can I do for this problem. Thank you”

are you using remote to power it on or manual button on unit? not sure it may have something to do with it. so far i have not had this issue with my unit.
