• I had their customer service representative tell me that they could not ship me a part. It had to go through the contracted warrantor. The turnaround time is approximately 10 days. So, if you feel that having no refrigerator and taking two days off work, then yes, it has a warranty. Plus, the food that was in the fridge needs to have a stable shelf life of 10 days. Here is a photo of my fridge, less than a week old. I would recommend a different company. Frigidaire helped me with my 9-year old fridge more than LG on my one week old purchase.

• The LSXC22396S comes with a 1 Year Parts and Labor warranty, 7 Years parts only warranty on the Sealed System, 10 Years parts only warranty on the Linear Compressor. ^CP
