Hi HN. You are correct. That does not sound correct that the freezer drawer for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 21.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator, Model # LFCS22520S is not gliding back and forth smoothly. Just to be clear, when you say the "freezer drawer (with ice bin)", are you referring to the Pullout Drawer? Is this issue that you are describing happening while theere are items stored in the drawer? Try taking out all items in the drawer then see if you still encounter the same issue while the drawer is empty. If so, check to see if they is anything stuck on the railing that might be causing that issue. If not, then the drawer may need to be replaced...^IFV
