Is this refrigerator quiet? null

I find it to be quite a bit noisier than the average refrigerator. The issue is that it runs almost constantly, so the noise never stops. When the compressor does happen to turn off (which is rare), it only stays off for 7 minutes before re-starting again (exactly 7 minutes every time). Would be a great refrigerator if it wasn't for the constant running.

Except when the ice drops and ice maker refills with water, which isn't very loud, it's very quiet.

This unit features LoDecibel™ Quiet Operation which, even though we do not have an exact decibel number, we do say they are around the same decibel as library noise which on average is around 40 decibels. This number can vary due to the installation as well as the home acoustics. ^CP
