“Bottom freezer drawer is suddenly very difficult to open. Upon closer inspection I noticed that there is a lot of ice on the rails which makes the bottom drawer extremely hard to pull in and out. Freezer is set to 0. Food boxes also iced. What is wrong?”

Your freezer temperature is probably too low so try raising the temperature up to avoid ice forming hence freezer burn
