    • Answer You can turn off the craft ice dispenser but I don’t believe it will produce cubed ice. You can get the cubed ice from the door dispenser and fill the freezer tray with the cubes.

  • QuestionWe paid $124.99 to have the Geek Squad come out to diagnose the problem with the craft ice cube maker. They stated that LG is aware of the problem and has a new motor and control board that will cost $828 to repair. Will LG cover the cost of the parts?
