“I have read reviews on the other web site about this model breaking down often after several months usage, I would like to know how long you have the unit, do you ever have problems with it? If the unit has brokedown, how is the LG repair service?”

I only have this fridge for 2 weeks. However, my brother has his since last June 2016. His family is loving it a great deal and has not had any kind of problem at all. I actually bought this model upon his reccomendation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the fridge 15 months and the evaporator broke. 4 weeks later they still can't fix it. LG HAS NOT HONORED THEIR warranty. TERRIBLE to work with. Do not buy!

However the Ice and water do not work well with a Water filtration system and I cannot seam to keep the fridge level so the doors dont shut properly. I am not sure if this is a fridge issue or a install issue. It is counter depth so the space is lacking. The two small drawers in bottom of fridge are almost pointless. In the freezer the 2 additional drawers dont push all the way back out of the way to get into the bigger ares. But it is pretty and it works so far but I have only had it for a few weeks.
