“I just got this refrigerator and the middle (Custom Chill) drawer won't stay open long enough for me to even pull out a drink. I have to hold the drawer open with one hand because if I let the handle go it will automatically close shut. Is this normal?”

• My guess is that it is not level. I can open my custom chill drawer and it stays open until I shut it.

• Your refgirator is not level leaning to the rear ,door try's to close on its own!
