You will need either a simple HDMI cable or a Thunderbolt (USB-C) to HDMI adapter depending which model of MacBook Pro you have. HDMI ports were removed from the MacBook Pro in 2015 and returned again in 2021. If you need the adapter, they can be purchased either as a dongle which you would still need a HDMI cable to go with it or there are USB-C to HDMI cables also available which are an all in one solution.
