“Is this a 2019 model? Have the linear compressor issues been resolved. I know you offer a 10 year warranty for the compressor but a appliance manager told me that the labor costs are much more than the compressor costs if it needs to be replace”

I just purchased this in the past two months. This is a 2019 model. I had heard that the linear compressor was upgraded for this model, but I have no proof. It is interesting that they changed the warranty to cover the compressor for a longer period of time than previous models (parts and labor). I too was concerned with the issues that LG has with the linear compressor. I'm taking a chance. We'll see how it goes.
