“WE had our fridge delivered yesterday (been over 24 hours) and my fridge and freezer are not getting cold. The fridge is stuck at 50 degrees and the freezer 40. I did read online it can take 24-48 hours to reach temp but honestly is that true?”

My refrigerator started cool once I plugged it in. It took it roughly about 3-5hrs to reach my desired temperature.
