“How important are the 2" clearances on all sides? Especially the top. If we purchased this unit, we would only have about a 1/2" clearance under our cabinet lip at the top. The lip is 1/2" wide and another 1/2" behind that. 1" of clearance total.”

We were told by the salesman that it wasn’t that important except on the top.
