• Hi Amberly. If the water pressure for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 23.8 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator with Ice Maker - Stainless Steel, Model # LTWS24223S is between 0,276 and 0,82 MPa or 40 and 120 PSI, it should it should take 2~3 seconds for the water dispenser to fill a 7 oz (0.2L) cup. If the water pressure is less, it will take more than 4 seconds...^IFV
