This TV has a 19V input not a 12V input. The RV battery would likely range between 12V when off and and 14.5V when charging so it wouldn't work properly. A DC source would have to be regulated to 19V and supply 1.3Amps of current. Using a different supply would technically void the warranty. The best soluiton would be to buy a low wattage power inverter and plug the original power supply into that. Low wattage power inverters sell for as little as $15 and would work safely and not void the warranty. -Rich
