• No the stand clips in to the bottom, there is no pivot or rotation to it.

• It only twists or rotates if you do the positioning on your stand. I does not swivel. It sits on 2 - 4 prong type legs.

• No, the legs for the tv can only be mounted at the ends or toward the middle. If attached toward the middle, the legs will be about 30 inches apart from each other. The legs are not able to twist or rotate, it's a 75 inch tv.
