There is no web browser on the TV. The TV remote has a home button (looks like a house) that allows you to access a large menu of services including Netflix, Hulu, You Tube, etc. It is within that menu that there is a service that will allow you to enter the IP address from your mobile device. For iOS devices the app is in the App Store as "Video & TV Cast I LG SMART TV. Download the app from the Apple App Store and then open the app and follow the directs while also having that category selected on the TV. As for Google Play, I am not a user and do not know what the app is called. I suspect that its not called spectrum just like the iOS app wasn't.
