OP here: I used the LG online Chat feature and her solution worked. I unplugged the TV. Then I pressed the Power button on the TV for 30 seconds (not the power button on the remote). Then I plugged in the TV, turned it on using the power button on the TV and it worked!!! Now I have a picture with my sound.
