Samsung TVs use Tizen OS for app downloads and installations which is a Linux-based operating system developed by Samsung and Intel, that allows users to download and install apps from the Google Play Store or other sources that are compatible with its OS. The LG 24” Class LED HD Smart TV with webOS (2022), Model # 24LQ520S-PU, runs on LG's webOS Operating System, and you can only download and install apps on the TV that are compatible with the webOS platform. Samsung Plus is incompatible with LG's webOS TV Platform. Other common apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Apple TV, Paramount +, YouTube, Sling TV, Peacock, Tubi, Twicth, just to name a few, can be downloaded and installed on the TV if they are not already preinstalled on the TV...^Ivan.
