Can I get a TV replacement when the part of the plug came apart when it is in the plug? We bought this TV from you, during Super Bowl 2025

A cracked screen on the LG 24” Class LED HD Smart TV with webOS (2022), Model # 24LQ520S-PU, is not covered under warranty. LG's Limited Manufacturer's Warranty for the TV only warrants against defects in materials or workmanship with your new LG Product(s) under normal and proper use. If your LG Product fails during the Product’s warranty period, LG will, at its option, repair or replace the Product. Best Buy's extended warranty does not cover physical damage on TVs. The Geek Squad Protection plan enhances the manufacturer's warranty but does not cover accidental damage, such as physical impacts or screen damage. If your TV is damaged due to such incidents, you will need to pay for repairs out of pocket....^Ivan.
