• Go to the Settings button on your remote; press Picture - all kinds of different otions!

• It is possible the program is non-HD and have a standard 4:3 aspect ratio. You can Zoom the picture to fill the screen. The top and bottom parts of the image may be cut off. SETTINGS: PICTURE > Aspect Ratio.
