I would strongly suggest calling the LG customer care phone number which I called to register my TV over the phone. And I also called that number to ask a few questions before Time Warner came to set it up for me. That number is available until midnight to call and they really do help you out. That phone number is stated very often in the answers to the questions section and it really is live.
