• Hi Jim, the volume voice you are referring to on the LG 720p LED TV – 24” Class (23.6” Diag), Model # 24LF454B is the Audio Guidance which can be turned off in the TV's settings menu, SETTINGS > OPTION > Audio Guidance...^IFV
