“Is this considered a smart tv and can one hook it up to Roku?”

• This is a NON SMART tv.. Yet.. You can Easily hook up an exturnal Roku or Android box to it ( i have my NVidia shild hooked up to it )

• No, this is not a Smart TV. The all-new Roku Express works with virtually any TV with an HDMI connection. ^Daphane
