“How do you remove the warranty sticker on the front of dishwasher without messing up your finish. I have tried to get it started but it doesn't want to let go. Is it suppose to come off? I can't find anything in the manual about it.”

The “10 Year Warranty Sticker" is actually affixed to a larger piece of transparent plastic that has been temporarily placed on the front of the LG dishwasher. This clear plastic sheet is merely attached to prevent scratching or minor damage to the front of the unit during shipping and installation. LG’s customer service appears to be unaware of this. In fairness, while it is the customer service representative's responsibility to know, the information was probably not provided in their reference material. To remove the plastic shipping sheet with affixed emblem, merely go to a lower left corner of the LG dishwasher’s door. Grab the corner’s edge of the plastic sheet and pull upwards while staying close to the front of the unit. Viola, the entire plastic sheet with affixed emblem/sticker is easily removed. What is left is the sleek, futuristic LG dishwasher design, the one every LG dishwasher customer expected and has now received.
