I have the same issue. It’s like there is no track or anything to keep lower rack secure when you pull it out! Any ideas of how to fix this? There’s a 2 or 3 inch gap from where it rolls from inside to out on the open door. Always pops off!

You might want to call Best Buy and have them come out and look at it. Maybe the installer didn’t level it correctly and it’s off balance. Maybe they could send someone out to balance it. Floors can be a little uneven so it has to be properly installed.
