I use Heavy, High Temp, Extra Dry settings. Probably the high temp is the key for basic sanitizing but whether it gets to 150 or not, I don’t know. It has no “sanitize” setting per se like my old Maytag did. I feel like the dishes come out very clean though. I haven’t worried about it.

This temperature range provides the best washing results and shortest cycle time. The temperature should not exceed 149°F (65 °C) to prevent damage to dishes.
