It takes 2.5 hours and does not dry the dishes, not a good product

Hello, here is what we have, Auto is 90 - 180 minutes, Heavy is 139 - 214 minutes, Delicate is 95 - 133 minutes, Normal is 98 - 190 minutes, Turbo is 59 - 121 minutes, Express is 33 - 103 minutes, Rinse is 12 minutes and Machine Clean is 82 minutes.^Venette
