I think possibly the installer may not have leveled it correctly. Floors can be slightly uneven and maybe that is causing it. I’d call Best Buy and tell them and they should send someone out to see if it’s properly installed.

My lower rack also falls off the track I just don’t open it all the way it seems to work best
