• You need an installation kit— at least if Best Buy installs, they require it. Not sure if you install yourself.

• Yes, you will need to purchase a new water hose with your refrigerator. We recommend choosing either a copper line or plastic tubing when connecting your water line to the refrigerator. ^Jennifer
