We purchased this LG refrigerator because it has good room. LG has revised the linear compressor and reading reviews from actual repair shop shows the LG to be at the top of the reliability chart now. The interior of this refrigerator is nice and bright, it has led lighting in both the top and the bottom freezer. The freezer has good space in it as well. The ice maker makes square cubes instead of the half moon shaped cubes more refrigerators make. When you set up the refrigerator you want to use the two screw feet on the front left and right to level the refrigerator left to right. It should be slightly higher in the front than the rear, LG says that helps the doors to close properly. Adjusting the hight of the two French doors is easy, the left door uses a nut on the bottom hinge that you turn to raise or lower the left door to align it with the right door. The right door you use clips on the bottom hinge, you lift the right door slightly and snap in the clip on the top of hinge that the door pivots on. Leveling the refrigerator and adjusting the doors only takes a few minutes. I have read some reviews where people complained of the refrigerator rolls forward when they open the freezer drawer, that is because they did not use the two screw feet to level the unit which lifts the refrigerator so that is it not sitting on the wheels in the front, that will keep the refrigerator from moving when you open the freezer drawer. The doors have a finger print resistant stainless steel finish. It is not high grade stainless steel but rather a lower grade because the door will allow a magnet to stick to them. High quality stainless steel is non magnetic. Most people like to put magnets on their refrigerators so there is nothing wrong with the lower grade stainless steel on the doors as that solves the magnet on the doors issue. The sides of the refrigerator are steel and a dark gray color, overall this is a nice looking refrigerator that has lots of usable space and the finger print resistant doors works well. The linear compressor is quiet and unobtrusive, you can hear it if you listen for it but other than that it is quiet. Just level it from right to left and make sure you have a little tilt to the rear and this unit should work well.

Love it! We replaced our 5 year old Frigidaire side by side fridge with this LG fridge. We already had a new LG stove and LG microwave so I wanted to keep up with the LG trend. We also just purchased an LG dishwasher to complete the set. This fridge is really quiet. The only sound it makes is the ice maker every so often, which is only for a few seconds. This fridge is really roomy! My only concern is the top shelf. When we loaded it up, there was a slight bend in the top shelf in the middle. So we had to move all heavier objects off to either side. The freezer is way roomier than the pictures show. We have a ton of hog meat left over and it barely takes up any space in the freezer. We had a appliance repair man show up to fix our old dishwasher, and my hubby asked him what his thoughts were on our LG kitchen items. He said this fridge has the newer compressor and he’s only had 2 cases out of a ton of fridges sold, that he’s had to replace the compressor on. So this fridge shouldn’t have the compressor issue the previous versions did. Plus the 10 year compressor warranty from LG, gives a little extra piece of mind.

Not only a fantastic refrigerator that keeps everything I put in it at the right temperature. Special places for fruits & vegetables, but the freezer is big enough to buy things in large packages. I love that it looks beautiful in my kitchen.

Great fridge!! Beautiful, plenty of room, quiet. Makes ice quickly. I would opt for the exterior ice maker just because it is cumbersome to get ice out of the bottom freezer but that was my choice and nothing against this refrigerator. . LG towers above all the other brands and Best Buy has gone over and above to earn our loyalty with their high standards in customer care and products. We are moving soon and I will be purchasing the same brand with ice and water dispenser in door in the black stainless! Thank you Best Buy!! Overall - Love Love Love!!

What a wonderful French door refrigerator/freezer this LG is. From it being so incredibly quiet, to being so well lit with the LED lights, to being so nice and cold in the refrigerator and ice cold in the freezer, to making so many ice cubes in no amount of time, to all the space in both fridge and freezer and as you can tell by the pictures just so beautiful inside and out. Also, on a side note, this is definitely finger print free. Thanks to Eric and Dustin from the Florence, Ky store and their management for getting me connected to the right refrigerator. Top notch service all the way around.

We have been using our LG ref for a month now and we love it! The size fits perfectly in our kitchen space. It has plenty of storage space. Ice maker works great. Worth the price. Highly recommended.

This LG French Door Refrigerator is awesome! We love the ice maker and the freezer in the bottom. Plenty of room for everything. My husband and I are completely satisfied with our purchase and the delivery and set up by Best Buy!

This replaces an LG 22 cu ft French Door unit. The 22 was a little too small for my space and I did have a problem with the top freezer shelf becoming broken and no longer able to slide out. This one fits perfectly. It runs quietly and I’ve chosen not to use the ice maker (connecting it to a water line). It’s plenty roomy enough for my family of three and could easily accommodate a larger family. As for the top freezer shelf, this one seems a bit more sturdy than the last and I don’t anticipate any future problems. I purchased this during a Black Friday sale for $1,400 and I couldn’t be happier.

This is a beautiful refrigerator! Plenty of space. Love the extra bottom drawer. The freezer on the bottom is wonderful. Roomy and easy to access! The ice maker seems to always be full, and we use a good amount of ice daily! Printproof is fantastic!

I love my new refrigerator . I needed to replace it and found the best deal at Best Buy ! Best customer service ever . Delivery speed was amazing and drivers were very professional and courteous ! I highly recommend this spacious and beautiful frodge . Perfect for my family

It works. The shelves are all full length which makes altering heights difficult. It came with its own supply of German cockroaches. Thanks. It seems well made but we haven’t had it for a month so it’s hard to say. It is a good looking unit, it came to full coldness within an hour of plugging it in. We haven’t noted anything unusual about it. Ice maker began cranking ice within an hour and does not over or under supply. I think a great design alternative could be to establish an accessible refillable water reservoir within the fridge that can gravity feed the ice maker as most homes here don’t have a water hookup without waiting on and paying a plumber. We also notice that the internal space is very efficient. We decided to leave it up on wheels to aid in moving it for cleaning under/behind. Nice option.

Don't recommend at all!!!! Compressor issue I bought a LG brand refrigerator from best buy on 23rd APR 2022 Model: LRFCS25D3S SKU: 6423065 with 5 years compressor warranty. A few days ago, the refrigerator stopped working potentially with the issue of failed compressor. We called LG, and they sent out a technician who reported to corporations that the fridge cannot be fixed due to health safety hazard. They reasoned it the unit has been infested with roaches which was a totally lie. After so many calls back and forth, the support center supervisor agreed to re-evaluate the situation based on back side and surroundings photos and we sent them right away. They took quite a long time and different agents answers different than each other which confused me a lot. It is important to mention that 5 members in that household with 2 kids were living without refrigerator. I told them many times if you guys can provide me the proof such as pictures that unit has been infested then I will not ask for any warranty. They were not able to provide me any picture that can support their claim. As usual, I strongly believe they were trying to avoid the compressor issue of that serial# has been experiencing class suit action against LG. My point is if a refrigerator stays in one place for 1 or 2 years definitely there will there be some kind of accumulated dusts and that never can be a health safety issue and if they can provide me any evidence then I will bring pest control personnel. They wasted my time almost for 10/15 days and never been able to provide any proof of pictures that could give me some comfort/reasons why they cannot fix the problem. Eventually, we bought a refrigerator. But I really want to know the actual reason of why they are unwilling to provide me any proof and if the same issue happened to others. I already opened a ticket with Better Business Bureau (BBB).

I bought this new refrigerator last August 2024. After one month of starting to use this new refrigerator, I noticed an odd noise coming from the rear side of the fridge, which is a high-frequency band. It is a very annoying buzzing noise sound! When I turned off the power and turned on it, the noise sound disappeared for a while but this issue kept occurring several hours later. I am so disappointed with the LG fridge appliance's quality because I believe that the LG product is very reliable to use. I can't return or replace this product due to over 15 days of Best Buy's return policy which is too short to verify the appliance's quality and performance. Still, this morning, I am struggling against the high-frequency buzzing sound noise. I guess that this noise sound comes from the compressor/fan area. I recorded this noise. I am not satisfied with this issue and can not recommend this product. I wish to return or exchange this product. .

It's nice, and the lower freezer is cool. It's hard to place a drink in the freezer to get cold without worrying if it spills. I only wish there were one extra slot on the fridge door a little higher in the middle. This fridge didn’t consider tall bottles. I have this vast open space because of the slot in the middle; if I used it, I wouldn’t be able to pull out the taller bottles without possibly knocking out the middle shelf, so I can't use the Middle shelves on the door. A gallon of milk/minute maid juice carton is the tallest item in the refrigerator.

We absolutely love this French door refrigerator! We didn’t need a water/ice dispenser and the space in this thing is so much more than expected. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!
