Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your interest in the LG Refrigerator (LRDCS2603S) model. If your LG LRDCS2603S fridge and freezer are not working or not getting cold, try these steps to troubleshoot: 1. Check the power: Make sure the refrigerator is plugged into a working outlet. If the plug is hard to reach, switch off the circuit breaker for 5 minutes and then turn it back on. This can reset the refrigerator and start the cooling cycle. 2. Temperature settings: Verify that the temperature settings are correct. The recommended temperature for the refrigerator is 37 degrees and for the freezer is 0 degrees. Adjust the settings if needed. 3. Airflow and space: Ensure there is enough space between the refrigerator and the wall for proper airflow. Blocked vents or inadequate airflow can affect cooling performance. 4. Reset the refrigerator: For some LG models, opening the right door and pressing and holding the REFRIGERATOR AND ICE PLUS buttons can reset the motherboard and cycle the fridge.
