Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, if this is for defrost, please check this troubleshooting steps Unplug the unit and remove all food and ice from the ice bin. Leave the doors open and wait at least 8 HOURS for the refrigerator to defrost. Make sure to keep towels in and around the unit to soak up any excess water after the frost melts.
