  • QuestionWhat is the manufacture warranty on these LG refrigerators

    • Answer If bought in the last 5 years they are supposed to cover parts and labor but good luck getting reimbursed for labor and finding someone who will fix it without you paying labor up front because LG is so bad to work with. I have been trying to get reimbursed for 850 in labor after being assured my fridge was under warranty, but I had to pay up front and get reimbursed. No repair people in Our area will work on them without you paying labor up front because they can’t get reimbursed either.

  • QuestionI can’t get this refrigerator to sit level. Is it supposed to lean towards the rear?

    • Answer On the bottom under the doors on each side there are 2 feet the refrigerator should of came with a flat bare tool to adjust the 2 feet up and down. It should be level. Try adjusting the feet down to raising the front up. If you can’t find the tool that it came with Then you will need to get a ranch that will fit it.
