“On the one thats has the dual ice makers. Do they both work on filling up their trays with ice at the same time. They are both on the one on the door has some ice the lower one does not. We turned it on about 11:30 am yesterday.”

On ours it took about 24 hours for them both to get going. To be honest I cannot remember which one started making ice 1st. However, after 24 hours both the one in the door and the 1 in the freezer compartment started making ice.
