If your crushed ice maker isn’t working while the Craft Ice™ maker is, ensure you’ve selected the correct ice mode on the dispenser control panel. Depending on your model, press the "Select" button until the icon for crushed ice is illuminated. Then, press the dispenser switch with a glass or container to dispense crushed ice. If the issue persists, try resetting the ice maker by turning off the IcePlus™ feature and waiting 24 hours. For detailed information and instructions about the Automatic Icemaker, you can download and check the owner's manual and refer to page 22, 23, 24 and 25 at https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-LRSOS2706S.ASTCNA0.
