“I have been shopping around for this product and a protection plan. Most of the plans state after the manufacture warranty coverage begins but I cannot find how long is the manufactures warranty and what does LG cover?”

Hi there, Phil. Thank you for your question about the LG LRSWS2806S refrigerator! The manufacturer's warranty coverage is as follows: labor and parts are covered for 1 year (internal/functional parts only). Additionally, there is extended coverage for the sealed system (condenser, dryer, connecting tube, and evaporator) for 5 years on both parts and labor. The compressor (linear/inverter) is covered for 10 years on parts and 5 years on labor. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship.
