I agree, I have noticed it as well. its not a soft close and rather slams in pretty hard, not sure if this is by design. Definitely an inconvenience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Both doors are heavier that what you may be used to because of the door-in-door and dispenser. Properly leveling will help. The refrigerator doors and freezer drawers close automatically with a slight push. Please note the door only closes automatically when it is open at an angle less than 30°.
