The water from my tap is colder ….sorry totally unacceptable. I had a Maytag side by side for 19 years never a problem cold water constantly. I will never buy another LG product. You can’t even get a hold of them by phone…customer service leaves much to be desired.

I wouldn’t believe the response that I just read, at least that’s not my experience at all. My husband found a response on another forum that said it only has about a 12oz reservoir and it is as cool as your refrigerator compartment. My refrigerator is set at 36 degrees and I promise the water is no where near 36 degrees! It also says it could take up to 6 HOURS TO COOL THE WATER AGAIN. So if I get a cup of water, no one else gets cold water for 6 hours? Seriously??? This is ridiculous. Not acceptable for a $3k refrigerator. Also worth noting, the filtered water tasted pretty good at first and now it taste just like my sink water. I haven’t even made my first payment on this refrigerator so there’s no way the filter is old. I’m not very pleased so far. These are BASIC features in my opinion.
