I had the same problem with the plug-ins being right below the mounting holes. I used a Sanus BSF517-B1 Full motion mount, from Best Buy. I did have to modify the mounting plate for the power cable and Optical Audio. Perhaps another mounting system with a smaller mounting plate might work better. The picture and sound quality are very good.

Adjusting the height of your TV is essential to fit it perfectly into your space. If you’re considering a pedestal stand or a stand with legs, we recommend selecting one that offers clearance for the plug-ins. Many aftermarket TV stands or wall mounts include adjustable height options that can accommodate the design of your TV and provide easy access to the inputs.
