“Why is this one $100 less than LFCC23596S? They’re both exactly the same, except for the total capacity. This has 27 cu. ft whereas LFCC23596S has 22.6. You would think this would cost more. My best guess is that this has less stainless steel material”

Both the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 23 cu. ft. InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Counter-Depth Refrigerator, Model # LFFC23596S and the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 27 cu. ft. InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Refrigerator, Model # LFCS27596S have a PrintProof™ Stainless Steel Finish. Other than having different capacities, as indicated in the title, the LFFC23596S is a Counter-Depth model and Counter Depth models are typically more expensive that Standard Depth models. Counter depth refrigerators are often considered a reasonable mid-range price choice between standard depth and built-in refrigerators...^IFV
