Is my GE pedestal able to hold an LG dryer? null

If the GE pedestal is a 27" pedestal it will definetly hold a LG 27" washer. I am not sure about the setting and securing of a LG washer to a GE pedestal. Look up the picture of a LG 27" pedestal and compare it to your GE pedestal. You might be able to tell if it will be compatible with a LG washer.

yes only if the foot print of the GE pedestal and LG dryer are the same. Even then there is the question of can you secure the LG dryer to the GE pedestal ? I thought pedestals are used only with front loading washer not dryer.
