I'm not 100% sure but it appears to me that there is a metal tab screwed onto top left of pedestal that must be unscrewed to remove metal tab/ stopper from pedestal to remove the drawer . This procedure would best be done with washer or dryer separated from pedestal , but I don't know why anyone would want to remove the drawer unless for cleaning purposes or re installation of a new dryer vent hose, or to gain access to underside of machinery for service ?

The draw on the pedestal can be removed the same way that you would remove any other draw, pull it all the way out and then tilt it up take it out. If there are clips or some type of mechanism that requires you to press to release the draw for removal, you should be able to see it when the draw is fully retracted...IFV
