Only manufacture can tell you if pedestal is strong enough. But unless you are very tall or keep a ladder close by, you won’t be able to see controls to set and turn on dryer which is presumably on top.

The LG - 27" Laundry Pedestal with Storage Drawer - White, Model # WDP4W cannot be installed under a stacked Washer/Dryer set. Not only would that put the dryer at an impossibly tall height that makes the dryer unreachable, but that would also be extremely unstable and a potentially hazardous situation...^IFV
