“Can the side kick be used without the big washer just on its own?So if you don’t have the big washer can you buy and use the side kick alone ?”

• No, the sidekick cannot be used by itself even if you hook it up to your main waterline. I don't know what it actually needs from the main washer to work but the sidekick would not even let the water enter the washtub and an error code started to beep. Had to return it.

• Unfortunately, no the sidekick washer will NOT work on its own no matter what, even connected directly to main waterline.
