“Looking to buy a refrigerator for a new home we are buying. I am seeing way too many answers from you on "call for service".......why are these refrigerators needing so many service calls? When a customer buys a new refrigerator they expect it to work. And the number of complaints about poor customer service and having to wait way too long for repairs is disconcerting as well. Comment?”

Best buy extended warranty prices, are much higher thank Home depo or Lowes, why is that??? Also, we hd a bad experience with best buy when our refrigerator broke down, we were told there is no warranty for it, when infact we purchased the extended warranty. After few months we received paperwork in mail that the warranty will expire soon. Figure that out, By that time we already purchased new refrigerator from Home Depo.

As far as service calls for repairs that is not on Best Buy that is Manufacturer, I do A/C and Appliance repairs and Best Buy has no control over how they are built or if they will need service.
